By using Amplus AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be 18+ and agree to the platform usage policies.

2. Acceptable Use

Don't use the platform to generate illegal content, harass others, attempt to circumvent security controls, or abuse our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service issues.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create with Amplus AI. We claim no ownership of your inputs, outputs, or client data.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs are generated and may contain inaccuracies. Always review and verify before publishing. Amplus AI is a tool to assist your work, not replace professional judgment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplus AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
